You can now choose to display a larger version of the Zowie Chat Widget. The expanded view makes it easier for customers to read longer AI Agent responses and enjoy a smoother, more engaging text-chat experience.

You’ll find the option to enable the expanded view in your Zowie Chat configuration settings.

It’s off by default, so you can turn it on whenever you’re ready.
