We've updated the names of a few things inside Zowie. Nothing has changed about how they work. This is purely about making the language cleaner and more intuitive.

Here's what's new:

Processes are now Flows. When you build a step-by-step automation using the visual builder, that's a Flow. Same functionality, cleaner name. You'll see this reflected across the platform, including in your Dashboard and Supervisor view. Flows are powered by our Decision Engine that guarantees deterministic execution for every business decision.

Procedures are now Playbooks. When you describe a process in plain language and let the AI follow it, that's a Playbook. Think of it like writing an operating procedure for a new hire. The AI reads it and follows it in every conversation. Playbooks are currently available in early access. If you have any flows already built, they're all still there. Nothing was lost or changed. Just the names.
