We have added the ability to filter your Supervisor Dashboard data by specific channels. You can now isolate performance metrics by Phone, Email, or Widget (Hello, Chat, or Hello & Chat) to get a clearer view of your data
Key Improvements:
Targeted Analysis: Filter the main dashboard to view data for a single channel
Deep-Dive Capability: When you drill down into Intents, Processes, Knowledge Base, or Contact Reasons, your selected channel filter follows you to Supervisor Interaction Table view
