Follow-Up Questions in the User Message Block

You can now add a built-in follow-up question to any User Message Block in the Decision Engine. When the Include follow-up question toggle is enabled, the AI Agent will automatically add “Can I help you with anything else?” to the end of its response, with no additional configuration required. The block will also display a Follow-up tag so you can easily see where this option is applied.

This update is particularly helpful for email workflows, where follow-ups previously had to be configured as separate processes, sometimes resulting in multiple messages being sent. The new option ensures a single, clean message every time.
