Your AI Agent used to start every conversation blind. Now it doesn't.

Interaction Setup is a new Moment in Zowie that runs automatically before any message is sent — by the AI Agent or the customer. In that window, you can pull customer data, segment users, run routing logic, or forward interactions to external systems. By the time the first message goes out, your agent already knows who it's talking to.

What you can do with it:

  • Enrich interactions with CRM data before the conversation starts

  • Segment customers by VIP status, plan tier, region, or account flags

  • Forward interactions to third-party systems based on metadata conditions

It works across Chat, Voice, and Email. It's optional — when disabled nothing changes. Configure separate logic per channel, or differentiate by platform (Widget vs. Messenger) using the platform ID.
