Process Gallery: Create a Ticket (SalesForce, Zendesk) & Order Tracking Updates

We’ve introduced a new Create a Ticket (External) process in the Process Gallery, now supporting Salesforce and Zendesk for seamless ticket transfer to human agents. Support for additional platforms, including Kustomer and Freshdesk, will be added soon.

We also improved order-related processes:

  • Order Tracking now collects detailed information for all shipments within an order and gathers line items more reliably.

Order Cancel has been split into two dedicated templates — Based on Status and Two Hours from Created — giving you better flexibility depending on your workflow.
