Channel Filtering in Supervisor Dashboard

We have added the ability to filter your Supervisor Dashboard data by specific channels. You can now isolate performance metrics by Phone, Email, or Widget (Hello, Chat, or Hello & Chat) to get a clearer view of your data

Key Improvements:

  • Targeted Analysis: Filter the main dashboard to view data for a single channel

  • Deep-Dive Capability: When you drill down into Intents, Processes, Knowledge Base, or Contact Reasons, your selected channel filter follows you to Supervisor Interaction Table view
