CSAT Collection Now Available in New Widget

You can now easily enable Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) surveys directly in New Widget. Once turned on, the survey will be shown to all visitors using the widget, and all responses will appear in Supervisor for review.

For newly created AI Agents, CSAT collection in New Widget is enabled by default.

For existing AI Agents, you can turn it on at any time by navigating to Channels → Zowie Chat → Advanced and enabling Chat CSAT survey.
