We are introducing a new data export tool within the Supervisor view. This update allows you to extract interaction data for external analysis, reporting, or auditing purposes

What’s New?

• Multi-Format Support: You can now download your interaction data in three formats: CSV, XLSX (Excel), and JSON

• "What You See Is What You Get" approach: The export will automatically reflect the specific filters, date ranges and columns order that user have applied to Supervisor table

• Full Transcripts: Export includes the complete conversation transcripts for every interaction in the set

• Export Limit: To ensure consistent performance, the system currently supports the export of the latest 1,000 interactions per request

Getting Started

You can find this new tool by navigating to the Supervisor table. Simply apply your desired filters and click the Export button in the top right corner to select your preferred file format
