Supervisor now breaks down interactions by region, so you can compare performance across the markets you operate in without exporting data and slicing it yourself.
What's new:
a region column in the interactions list, so every conversation shows which region it belongs to
a region filter in the dashboard and the interactions list, so you can isolate one region or compare them side by side
It's already on. If you operate in more than one region, the region filter appears in your Supervisor dashboard and interactions list automatically. Nothing to configure.
One note on historical data: region data starts on 29 May 2026. If you select a date range before then, Supervisor shows a short notice that region data isn't available for those earlier days
