We’ve introduced Persona Evaluation — an automated quality check that reviews your AI Agent’s Business Context, Tone of Voice, and Guidances to ensure your Persona is clear, consistent, and actionable.

A well-defined Persona is essential for good AI performance: it helps the Agent stay accurate, avoid hallucinations, follow instructions reliably, and respond in your brand’s tone. Persona Evaluation highlights issues such as unclear goals, conflicting or overly long instructions, tone inconsistencies, or guidance that may confuse the Agent.

Each section receives a color-coded rating with comments and suggested improvements. You can run the evaluation directly from your Persona settings and refine your configuration with a few simple adjustments.
