A new Create a Ticket (Zowie Inbox) process is now available in the Process Gallery.
If you have a mailbox connected to Zowie Inbox, you can import this process with one click and connect it directly to an Intent or use it as a subprocess within your Decision Engine workflows.
More ticket-creation integrations with additional support platforms are already underway and will be introduced soon.
