The New Widget now supports rich message formatting using Markdown. This allows your AI Agent to present information with clearer structure, including bold text, lists, and headings.

Markdown is currently supported only in the New Widget. Other channels - including Widget 1.0, third-party chat channels, Hello, and email - do not support Markdown.
