You can now control exactly when customers are allowed to upload files to the AI Agent — ensuring smoother experiences and cleaner data.

What’s new?

The AI Agent will only show the file-upload option when a process explicitly expects a file (for example, uploading a photo of a damaged item).

In all other cases, the upload button will be hidden automatically, preventing confusion and unnecessary uploads.

How to enable file uploads:

1. Create a Data Type → File in your Decision Engine configuration.

Whenever a variable based on this File Data Type appears in a Collect Data block, the upload option will activate automatically.
